PERMITTED ENTRIES OF THIS COMPETITION
This Competition is intended to be used and entered by people who are over the age of 25. If you are not over 25, do not enter this competition. All entries must be from the UK. Entrants must be able to attend the event in central London. No accommodation or travel will be provided.

Prize draw terms & conditions

All entries are to be on the site www.belvedere-vodka.co.uk. Participants will enter by emailing belvedere@analogfolk.com and registering as a member to Belvedere Members Club. Competition entry ends on Sunday February 28th and winners will be notified by Monday 1st March. One winner will be drawn and the draw will take place in front of an independent observer and the promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the results of the draw. A winner will be redrawn if that winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made.

Winners will receive four guest list passes to Movida nightclub. This prize will not include any free alcohol, transport, food, or accommodation. All three of the winner’s guests must be over 25. The winner will be entirely responsible for ensuring that their guests are over the age of 25. Photographic identification, either your passport or driving license, will be required on the night to prove your age. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeit. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize by the 2nd March 2010. Belvedere reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up if no correspondence is received from the winner after this date.

Winners also accept that they may be interviewed and have their photo taken on the night and grant the company, Belvedere and the agency ANALOGFOLK, and any licensees or assignees, the absolute right to use the material and any other reproductions or adaptations, from the above mentioned event, but only for the brand name specified above. This will be exclusively for INTERNET & MOBILE media within a worldwide territory for the period of 20 years.

The winner must understand that the material shall be deemed to represent the winner as themselves unless agreed otherwise, in writing. The winner must understand that they have no interest in the copyright, nor any moral rights, in the material.

Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
MOET HENNESSY UK LIMITED reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent or higher value in circumstances beyond their control.

Competition entrants must be aged 25 and over.

No purchase necessary.

Open to UK residents only. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details they provide during the members registration process are accurate.
The offer can be withdrawn or varied at any time.
