PRIZE DRAW – RAFFLES NIGHTCLUB

This Competition is intended to be used and entered by people who are over the age of 21. If you are not over 21, do not enter this competition. All entries must be from the UK. Entrants must be able to attend the event in central London. No accommodation or travel will be provided.

Prize draw terms & conditions
Participants will enter the draw by emailing Belvedere Vodka UK at to belvedere@analogfolk.com. Draw entry ends on Tuesday 13th July at 8pm and winners will be notified by Wednesday 14th July. One winner will be randomly selected and the draw will take place in front of an independent observer and the promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the results of the draw. A winner will be redrawn if that winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made.

The winner will receive 2 guest list passes to Raffles nightclub on Wednesday 14th July. This prize does not include any alcohol, transport, food, or accommodation. The winner and his/her guest must be over the age of 21. The winner will be entirely responsible for ensuring that their guests are over the age of 21. Photographic identification, either your passport or driving license, will be required on the night to prove your age. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeit. MOET HENNESSY UK LIMITED reserves the right to amend the age limit based on Movida entrance requirements or for any circumstances out of their control.

The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize by 12pm on the 14th July 2010. MOET HENNESSY UK LIMITED reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up if no correspondence is received from the winner after this date.

Winners also accept that they may be interviewed and have their photo taken on the night and grant the company, MOET HENNESSY UK LIMITED / and the agency ANALOGFOLK LLP, and any licensees or assignees, the absolute right to use the material and any other reproductions or adaptations, from the above mentioned event, but only for the brand name specified above. This will be exclusively for all media within a worldwide territory for the period of 20 years.

The winner must understand that the material shall be deemed to represent the winner as themselves unless agreed otherwise, in writing. The winner must understand that they have no interest in the copyright, nor any moral rights, in the material

MOET HENNESSY UK LIMITED will not be held responsible for the winner’s behaviour or actions on the night and all liability for the winner’s actions is soley down to the responsibility of the winners themselves.

Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

MOET HENNESSY UK LIMITED reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent or higher value in circumstances beyond their control.

Competition entrants must be aged 21 and over.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BELVEDERE SUMMER PARTY

1. To enter the prize draw, participants must purchase four Belvedere cocktails or one Belvedere pitcher from Participating Outlets and to receive a cocktail stirrer which has a tag attached. The participant must peel back the tag to reveal a unique number. Participants must then visit www.belvederevodka.co.uk/belvederesummerparty and enter the unique number when prompted. Participants will be informed instantly whether or not their number is a winning number.

2. Cocktail stirrers with promotional tags on are subject to availability. There are 50,000 promotional tags with unique numbers and 502 winning numbers.

3. Participating Outlets can be found at www.belvederevodka.co.uk/belvederesummerparty.

4. The promotion starts at 16:00 hours on 4 May 2010 and closes at 12:00 hours on 31 July 2010.

5. If the winning number(s) for the Major Prizes are not entered and claimed by the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to select a winner(s) from the participants who have entered the promotion. This selection will be made at random using an independent source.

6. If winning numbers for all 500 70cl bottles of Belvedere Pure Vodka are not entered, the Promoter will select winners from the participants who have entered the promotion so that all 500 bottles are allocated. The selection will be made at random using an independent source.

7. There are two major prizes of a holiday for four to Ibiza (the “Major Prizes”) plus 500 runners up prizes of a 70cl bottle of Belvedere Pure Vodka (the “Runners up Prizes”).

8. The Major Prize consists of a return flight to Ibiza in August and two nights stay at a four star hotel for the winner and three of their friends. The Major Prize also includes attendance on a VIP table at the exclusive Belvedere Summer Party in Ibiza (date yet to be confirmed). At the Summer Party the winner will receive three bottles of Belvedere Pure Vodka (70cl) and two bottles of Moet Brut (75cl).

9. The Major Prize does not include transfers to and from the hotel or insurance. The winner and their guests will be responsible for all costs over and above those detailed in these terms and conditions.

10. The winner’s flights will be subject to the flight provider’s terms and conditions and the holiday will be subject to the hotel’s terms and condition. These will be provided to the Major Prize Winners.

11. The winners of the Major Prize and their guests and the winners of all other Prizes must be over the age of 18.

12. The Prizes are non transferable and can not be redeemed for cash.

13. In circumstances outside their control, the promoter reserves the right to offer alternative Prizes of equal or a greater value and in relation to the Major Prizes on or near the most convenient date.

14. Participants may only win one Prize.

15. Entry is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except employees of Moet Hennessey, their families and agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
16. Once a participant is notified that their number is a winning number they must complete the contact details form when prompted. Winners will then be contacted by Belvedere Vodka UK to arrange delivery of their Prize.

17. Subject to t&c 5 and t&c 6, names and counties of all Prize winners will be posted on www.belvederevodka.co.uk/belvederesummerparty after the closing date. Where the Promoter has to invoke t&c 5 and t&c 6, the names and counties of all Prize Winners will be posted after the Prizes are allocated.

18. The cocktail stirrers with unique numbers have been randomly distributed throughout Participating Outlets by an independent source.

19. Late entries and those that are not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

20. The promoter does not take responsibility for incomplete entries or for any lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted entries which are due to any computer or electronic malfunction, bug, delay or any other reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

21. The promoter cannot guarantee that the Major Prizes will be free from all disruptions, failings or cancellations. The promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the promoter’s negligence.

22. The winners may be required to participate in any post-event publicity organised by the promoter.
